Since items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges unless the product is damaged during transit. We advise you to inspect your items upon delivery and reach out to SideDoor customer service immediately if you notice any damage. The SideDoor team will ensure that repairs or replacements are handled accordingly.

We honor each manufacturer’s minimum advertised pricing (MAP) policies, ensuring transparent and fair pricing on all our curated selections.
