PROCESS
STEP 1 — Design Fee & Project Confirmation
Once your room design fee is submitted, your project is officially scheduled. You will receive a welcome email outlining the next steps and providing access to the design questionnaire.
Step 2 — Design Questionnaire
Clients complete a detailed design questionnaire that allows us to understand your lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, functional needs, and the overall vision for your space.
Step 3 — Room Measurements & Photos
You will provide room dimensions, photographs of the existing space, and any inspiration images you wish to share. This information allows us to accurately assess the room and begin developing the design direction.
Step 4 — Virtual Design Consultation
We will schedule a virtual consultation to discuss your goals for the space, address any questions, and review the information you’ve provided. This conversation ensures we are aligned before design development begins.
Step 5 — Concept Development
Using the information gathered, we develop the overall design concept for your space. This includes the room layout, furniture direction, lighting considerations, color palette, and key material selections that establish the tone and atmosphere of the room.
Step 6 — Design Presentation
You will receive your Casa Collective Room Design Plan, which includes:
• Concept moodboard
• Furniture layout plan
• Curated furniture and lighting selections
• Color palette recommendations
• Styling and décor suggestions
• Shoppable product links
Step 7 — Revisions
One revision is included to ensure the final design plan reflects your vision and the functional needs of the space. Additional revisions may be requested for a fee of $250 per revision.
Step 8 — Implementation
Once the design is finalized, clients can begin implementing the design at their own pace using the provided shopping links and styling guidance.
